1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Touchdwn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Touchdwn provides resume analysis, job tracking, and career optimization tools powered by automation. The service relies on generative models which may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs (like tailored resumes or interview prep notes) before submitting them to employers.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal or account settings. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the resumes and data you upload to Touchdwn. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Touchdwn be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of employment opportunities, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
